Identified - There’s a rare chance that when you update the BILT app for iOS from version 5.39.x or lower to 5.40.0, it might get stuck on the first loading screen with the message “Updating your data…”. If you’ve already updated and are having this issue, try removing the app from your device and reinstalling it from the App Store. To avoid this, make sure you’re logged in to the BILT app (or create a new account if you haven’t already) before updating the app.
